Alisha is responsible for the project and programme management of Northumbria University’s EPSRC funded Placed Based IAAs.
Alisha is a leader in Research Impact and an experienced Strategic Programme Manager with expertise in securing and managing external funding. As the former Head of Research Impact, Policy, Public Engagement, and KTPs at Northumbria, she developed and delivered strategies to enhance engagement, optimise PPE activity, and maximise research impact. She designed Northumbria’s strategic response to the impact agenda, embedding impact in the research lifecycle and advancing Northumbria’s REF2021 impact submission through bespoke researcher support and strategic oversight.
Alisha is the Association of Research Managers and Administrators (ARMA) Impact Special Interest Group Co Champion and an ESRC and UKRI Research Talent peer review college member.
