Theme/Area: Integration into End Use Sectors/ Net Zero/Circular Economy Transition (e.g. products, supply chain, end-users).

Brief Description: This project creates an AI-driven PoC platform that auto-generates apparel geometry for 3D weaving, replacing cut-and-sew with a single-cycle process. Using Generative AI and deep learning, it reduces waste, shortens production time, and lowers emissions. The PoC software allows real-time customisation and scales to industry needs, moving from MRL 2/TRL 3 to MRL 4/TRL 4. Targeting the UK fashion industry, it supports net-zero goals and positions the Northeast as a leader in sustainable, circular fashion manufacturing.
